Once date has been established, a $100.00 deposit for inshore Chesapeake Bay and half day North Carolina, and $250.00 for offshore is required within 15 days of your booking to hold your charter. The deposit will be refunded if the Captain cancels the trip due to weather or sea conditions and a make up date cannot be arranged. The deposit will not be refunded if the charter (customer) cancels the booking within 30 days of the scheduled trip.
